Plant Safety and Forms<\/strong><\/h1>\n

The Legislative Decree 81\/08 provides for the regular maintenance of environments, equipment, plants, with particular regard to safety devices in accordance with the instructions of manufacturers.[\/et_pb_slide][\/et_pb_fullwidth_slider][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=”1″ _builder_version=”3.25.3″][et_pb_row _builder_version=”3.25.3″][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”3.25.3″][et_pb_text _builder_version=”3.25.3″]<\/p>\n

Plant safety and Forms<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Pressure equipment: Legal requirements for the commissioning of tanks<\/strong>
\nDM 329\/04<\/strong> provides for the notification of putting into service of the pressure vessel whenever we are in the presence of :<\/p>\n

    \n
  • new system<\/li>\n
  • modified installation (new components added)<\/li>\n
  • relocated plant<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Every user of pressure equipment (compressors with oil separating tanks, pressure tanks, compressed air systems, etc.) referred to in art. 1 of Ministerial Decree no. 329 of 01.12.2004<\/strong> must submit the following documentation to the competent bodies (INAIL ex ISPESL and AUSL):<\/p>\n

      \n
    • Request for verification of commissioning<\/strong><\/li>\n
    • Notification of commissioning of the system and its annexes<\/strong> (technical report of the system, system diagram, declaration signed by the employer regarding compliance with the installation instructions of the equipment)<\/li>\n
    • Obligation of verification of periodic upgrading of equipment<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Article 15, paragraph z) of Legislative Decree 81\/08<\/strong> and subsequent amendments and integrations, provides for the regular maintenance of environments, equipment and plants, with particular regard to safety devices in accordance with the manufacturers’ instructions.
      \nArt. 71 of Legislative Decree 81\/08<\/strong> and subsequent amendments and integrations, provides for the obligations that the employer must adopt in order to secure the work equipment supplied to its workers.
      \nMinisterial Decree 11\/4\/2011<\/strong> regulates the procedures for carrying out the periodic checks referred to in Annex VI of Legislative Decree no. 81 of 9 April 2008<\/strong> by the owners (INAIL, AUSL and Qualified Bodies).<\/p>\n

      \nPeriodic requalification checks<\/strong><\/h4>\n

      Art. 12. – DM 329\/04 – Integrity checks (every 10 years) during periodic checks<\/strong>
      \nThe integrity check consists in inspecting the various members by means of a visual inspection carried out from the outside and from the inside, where possible, in thickness checks and any other checks that may be necessary in the face of obvious situations of damage.<\/p>\n

      Art. 13. – DM 329\/08 – Verification of operation (every 3-4 years) on the occasion of periodic checks<\/strong>
      \nThe function test consists of verifying that the conditions of actual use meet the requirements of the startup declaration and verifying the functionality of the valves and safety accessories.[\/et_pb_text][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][et_pb_row _builder_version=”3.25.3″][et_pb_column type=”4_4″ _builder_version=”3.25.3″][et_pb_text _builder_version=”3.25.3″]Requirements chart DM 329\/04<\/strong>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_image src=”https:\/\/cmcparma.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Cattura.jpg” show_in_lightbox=”on” _builder_version=”3.25.3″][\/et_pb_image][\/et_pb_column][\/et_pb_row][\/et_pb_section][et_pb_section fb_built=”1″ admin_label=”section” _builder_version=”3.22.3″][et_pb_row column_structure=”1_3,1_3,1_3″ _builder_version=”3.25.3″][et_pb_column type=”1_3″ _builder_version=”3.25.3″][et_pb_blurb url_new_window=”on” image=”https:\/\/cmcparma.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/Valvole_sicurezza.jpg” _builder_version=”3.25.3″ custom_padding=”||0px|||” link_option_url_new_window=”on”]The safety valve is a device required by the standards to protect the compressor, tank or compressed air system from overpressure.<\/p>\n

      The Legislative Decree 81\/08 provides for the regular maintenance of environments, equipment, plants, with particular regard to safety devices in accordance with the indications of the manufacturers.<\/p>\n

      Art. 13 of D.M. 329\/04 provides that every 3\/4 years a periodical verification of operation is carried out, which consists in ascertaining the functionality of the valves and safety accessories.<\/p>\n

      CMC is able to supply certified safety valves covering a wide range of discharge pressures and flow rates.[\/et_pb_blurb][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_3″ _builder_version=”3.25.3″][et_pb_blurb image=”https:\/\/cmcparma.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Serbatoi.jpg” _builder_version=”3.25.3″ min_height=”801px” custom_margin=”||69px|||” custom_padding=”||106px|||”]Pursuant to DM 329\/04<\/strong>, pressure equipment and “assemblies” as defined by Legislative Decree 93\/2000 and subsequent amendments and integrations, are subject to notification of commissioning<\/strong>, provided that the maximum permissible pressure (PS) is greater than 0.5 bar<\/strong>. It follows that all air compressors<\/strong> exceeding the indicated pressure also fall within the scope of the Decree.[\/et_pb_blurb][\/et_pb_column][et_pb_column type=”1_3″ _builder_version=”3.25.3″][et_pb_blurb image=”https:\/\/cmcparma.it\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/09\/Separatori_acqua_olio_OWAMAT.png” _builder_version=”3.25.3″ min_height=”801px” custom_margin=”||69px|||” custom_padding=”||106px|||” locked=”off”]One litre of oil pollutes 1,000,000 litres of drinking water.
      \nThese figures increase if we consider the numerous processes in which oily wastewater is produced. For this reason, the legislation prohibits the unloading of condensates
